Who will come to my home?
Alex, Vaughn, or both of us. We’re the two students who own and operate A&V, and we do the work ourselves. No subcontractors.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Collegeville, Trappe and Royersford, Pennsylvania. If you’re nearby, send us a message and we’ll confirm whether we can get to you.
How do estimates and payment work?
Estimates are free. Tell us what you need, and we’ll arrange a visit or talk through the details to give you a specific quote. Starting prices depend on the size and scope of the job. You pay after the work is done. We accept cash, Venmo and check.
Are you insured?
We are a local student-run business and are not currently insured. We’ll be upfront about the work we can take on. Please talk with us about any concerns before booking.
Can you work around school?
Yes. We arrange jobs around our school schedules, including afternoons and weekends. Send your preferred dates and we’ll confirm availability before you book.
Will I get updates while I’m away?
Yes. Pet care and home watch visits include photo updates. We’ll agree on your pet’s routine or home checklist before the first visit, along with your emergency contact and any important instructions.
Do you shovel snow in winter?
Yes. Snow shoveling for walks and driveways starts at $50. Pricing depends on the area and conditions. Ask about availability before a storm; every visit is confirmed with you.
